Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and the name of the Shipping Carrier. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the Canada Post carrier's website here. UPS carrier's website here. Or, directly on the your SHOP app (if applicable).

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ohbabybaskets.ca. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Gift wrapping services include a beautiful white Oh Baby gift box, enclosed with Satin Ribbon — Ready to be Gifted!

Every gift from our collection arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to delight; there is no need to worry about gift wrapping!

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

• Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser's original method of payment.
• Returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee + Shipping Costs.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Personalized Products (including embroidery and name personalization)
• Hygiene & Cosmetic Products
• Promotional Items and Final Sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take the following steps:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@ohbabybaskets.ca within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect.
2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item. 
3. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the damaged or defective item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

We offer two shipping options through UPS (and/or) Canada Post: Standard & Express.

1) Standard Shipping

• Ontario: 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
• Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days. Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout based on your service area. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
• Canadian Territories: Up to 10 business days. Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout based on your service area. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
• Service Area:  Standard shipping is available Canada-wide, including the Canadian Territories. Shipping to the United States – Coming Soon.
• Cost: Free Canada-wide standard shipping for orders over $100. Under $100, shipping is billed at a flat rate of $8 per order. *Canadian Territories Excluded from Promo - Yukon, NWT & Nunavut - Flat fee shipping cost: $12.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
