Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh Baby Baskets! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and timely shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

 

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options through UPS (and/or) Canada Post: Standard & Express.

  • Standard Shipping
    • Ontario: 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
    • Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days. Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout based on your service area. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
    • Canadian Territories: Up to 10 business days. Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout based on your service area. A tracking number will be provided to you through a confirmation email. 
    • Service Area:  Standard shipping is available Canada-wide, including the Canadian Territories. Shipping to the United States – Coming Soon.
    • Cost: Free Canada-wide standard shipping for orders over $100. Under $100, shipping is billed at a flat rate of $8 per order. *Canadian Territories Excluded from Promo - Yukon, NWT & Nunavut - Flat fee shipping cost: $12.
  • Express Shipping
    • Ontario: 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you. 
    • Rest of Canada: 2-4 business days. Your shipping time will be calculated at checkout based on your service area. A tracking number will be provided to you.
    • Canadian Territories: Not available for express shipping.
    • Service Area: Express shipping is available Canada-wide (excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut). Shipping to the United States – Coming Soon.
    • Cost: Express shipping is billed at a flat rate of $12 per order.
  1. Order Processing
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. 
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

  1. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Visit the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number to view the status of your shipment here. Or, visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number here. Alternatively, you may track your order directly on the SHOP app. 
 

  1. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays, missing packages, or damaged goods, please contact us directly at support@ohbabybaskets.ca. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all Shipping orders.

 

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Canada (Shipping to the United States – Coming Soon!). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@ohbabybaskets.com to check if we can accommodate your request.

 

  1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
