Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser's original method of payment.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized Products: Items customized with names, dates, or other personal information. Personalized items may include monogramed items and embroidered items.
- Hygiene & Cosmetic Products: Items such as creams, cosmetics, onesies, bedding or blankets that have been used or are not in their original, unopened packaging.
- Promotional Items: Items received as part of a promotion or free gift, unless returned with the original qualifying purchase.
- Sale / Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Sale items will be indicated as final sale upon checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take the following steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@ohbabybaskets.ca within 7-daysof receiving the damaged or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item.
- Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the damaged or defective item, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a success exchange, is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Condition of Returns:
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that are stained, damaged, or show signs of use will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@ohbabybaskets.cawith your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please include a brief reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly apply the shipping label that has been provided.
- Processing: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process your refund after the items have been received.
Refund Status:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping costs, which will be deducted from your authorized refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: For standard returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. A flat rate of $10.00 is applicable, which will be deducted at the time of your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
